Reviewing unknowns and compiler evidence

Use severity, source locators and dispositions to turn generated findings into accountable engineering decisions.

1. Wait for the fixed report

Review opens after ingest, compile, graph, extraction, indexing and report stages publish one atomic revision boundary.

2. Start with blockers

Blockers prevent approval until resolved or deliberately dismissed. Warnings and information remain important but represent different decision thresholds.

3. Inspect the locator

Read the generated detail and its asset, entity or report locator. A concise title is navigation, not the complete argument.

4. Record a disposition

Resolution states what changed or which evidence settled the finding. Dismissal states why the finding does not apply. Both require a reason; neither deletes the original observation.

5. Approve the revision

An owner or admin approves only after open blockers reach zero. Approval records the person and time against the immutable revision.
