From an assembly BOM to a procure-to-build workflow

A count of file names is not yet a build plan. Some lines are standard bought components. Some are custom parts that need a process and drawing package. Some names describe printed parts. Others do not contain enough evidence to choose at all.

WorldIR classifies the assembly into bought, made and unresolved work while retaining quantities and source evidence. Canonical identity connects bought parts to current supplier observations. Process, material and tolerance requirements connect made parts to capable fabricators.

Compare offers without changing the engineering answer

Live research records supplier, SKU, pack quantity, MOQ, currency, stock, lead time, observation time and source. Deterministic normalization calculates comparable unit cost. Shipping, tax and duties remain unknown unless a destination-specific source supplies them.

Share only what the quote needs

A fabrication or assembly RFQ is a permissioned projection of one revision. The team selects the geometry, drawings, quantities, tolerances and delivery requirements. Recipients receive expiring, audited access rather than an unrestricted copy of the whole project.

Approval completes the handoff

Agents can research candidates and draft a purchase plan or RFQ. A buyer approves the selected evidence and WorldIR produces supplier basket links or a PO export. Checkout stays in the supplier or ERP. The resulting decision and fulfilment outcome become private, transaction-verified evidence; only an explicit publication grant can add selected facts to the public graph.
